1. Cotton BALL MAKING MACHINE (ONE IS Indian MAKE AND ANOTHER IS WHITE CROSS Korea MAKE)
PROCESS: Cotton slivers contineously feeded into this machine to form cotton ball
2. Dental COTTON ROLL MAKING MACHINE WHITE CROSS Korea MAKE.
PROCESS: Cotton slivers contineously feeded into this machine to form Dental cotton roll
3. Cotton PAD MAKING MACHINE FALLU Switzerland MAKE.
PROCESS: Cotton tapes contineously feed into this machine to form cotton pads rounds
4. Cotton BUDS MAKING MACHINE
PROCESS: Cotton slivers contineously feed into this machine to form cotton buds.
5. Sliver COTTON WOOL MAKING MACHINE
PROCESS: This unit cotains three machines. . . . One blow room and two carding machines having double coiler system. Bleached and uncarded cotton feed into blowroom machine to form scutcher lap. This lap is feed into carding machine to form double sliver which is used for ball / buds / dental roll manufacturing machine.
6. Absorbent COTTON WOOL ROLL AND PLEAT MAKING PRODUCTION LINE
PROCESS: This unit contains one blow room machine, two carding machines having drum attachment, one rolling machine, one cutting machine, one zigzag machine. Bleached absorbent cotton feed into blowroom machine to form scutcher lap. Scutcher lap feed into carding machine to form carded lap. Carded lap rolled in rolling. Big roll cutted into small pices in cutting machine. Zigzag machine is used for manufacturing cotton pleat / zigzag
7. Absorbent COTTON TAPE MAKING PRODUCTION LINE (THIS TAPE IS USED IN PAD MAKING MACHINES TO FORM COTTON PAD / EYE PADS)
This unit contains two nos. 2000mm carding machine with hopper feeder and cross lapper, one thermobond calender roller with spray arrangement and dryer, one needle punch machine and one cutter machine.
Bleached absorbent cotton directly feed into carding machine hoffer feeder (no blow room lap required) . Then it passes through cross lapper and needle punch machine to form jumboo roll.
Cutter machine cutted jumboo roll to required width cotton tape for pad manufacturing.
8. Bleached UNCARDED ABSORBENT COTTON WOOL PRODUCTION LINE
This unit contains one cryghton machine, one pressure kier with heat exchanger, one hydroextractor, one wet opener, one contineous conveyor dryer.
9. We also give total project consultancy for manufacturing absorbent cotton wool
( WITH MODERN SINGLE STAGE SCOURING AND BLEACHING PROCESS) and all related products along with plant and machines.
