Description features:We offer flavour and texture margarine as an appropriate ingredient to meet the needs of cake houses and bakeries. Our wide range of margarines are suitable for making various types of cakes, breads, cookies, muffins and pull pastry as well as decorative creams. Our margarine contains no animal fats. It is formulated using prime quality vegetable oils and their fractions that GMO free.
Multipurpose Margarine (non-refrigerated) margarine:
- Premium margarine specially formulated for versatile use for baking cakes.
- Economy bakery margarine specially formulated for applications where volume of the finished product is critical such as cake, cookies etc.
- Baking margarine that can provide well-texturised properties over a wide temperature range to long shelf life products.
Packing: In 15kg, 16kg, 20kg carton Pastry Margarine:
A specially formulated to produce a tough plastic-like product with higher melt point. It gives a great mouth feel and produces consistent and even puffs and also blends easily with dough. Packing: In block of 3.75kg wrapped in parchment paper with 4 blocks in 15kg carton Creaming Margarine:
Vegetable oil based margarine specially formulated for applications where the creaming properties of the finished products are critical. Well textured to give a very good creaming property over a wide temperature range with very high volume
Packing: In 15kg, 16kg, 20kg carton
Recommended Applications: Butter Cakes, Sponge Cakes, Cookies, Chox Pastry, Short Crest, Sandwiching Cream, Soft Rolls, Potato Bread, etc. Shortening:
We offer shortening that is engineered for easy incorporation and has high resistance to oxidation. Palm based shortening has very low trans fatty acids. These fats provide good crumb structure and improve volume in bread, pastries and other baked products. It also improves the texture and shelf life of the baked products. Generally our products contain TBHQ as antioxidant unless customers specifically request for exclusion of the same or incorporation of other antioxidants Packing: In 15kg, 18kg and 20kg carton with PE Liner. Shortening Improver:
Shortening Improver is exclusively for baking applications in biscuit industry. It is an additive and not a substitution to the total fat in the recipe. The advantages of using our Shortening Improver are reduction in baking time as well as elimination of other emulsifier used in the manufacturing process. There will be a reduction in the overall usage of shortening in the mix. The finish products will be crispy with a softer bite, increase in volume and layering effect
