Description features:Gates are fabricated of cast alloy components assembled in a frame, with painted finish. List price includes hinges and mounting plates to attach to posts and stanchions, as well as handles, and mounting plates for automatic door closers if ordered. Gate sets include steel wheels and galvanized steel tracks of correct length as standard. Paint finish can be one colour, or design elements can be highlighted with feature colours or gold paint. Customers can easily fit their choice of remote-control automatic gate/door openers to the integral mounting plate (available if ordered). Access doors inset in gates are available at extra cost. Standard frames for alloy gates are of galvanized steel pipe, in flat-oval or rounded-corner square section, of appropriate size for door length and weight. Fillers used for finishing are high-quality autobody filler compounds, applied to cleaned surfaces, then sanded and painted as per order. Stainless steel wheels and tracks (non-rust) are available at additional cost for alloy/aluminium gates.
Wheels are custom machined in our factory with heavy-duty ball bearing races for durability [guaranteed 3 years in home market (thailand)].
