This structure of Y-ring recombines the PTFE with rubber elastomer on the frictional surface.
Be applicable for: high temperature, wear resistant oil cylinder sealing.
The structure of Y-ring can differ in accordance with the different working conditions. Our company is willing to design and manufacture as per operating mode. The following structures are applicable to bulldozer, excavator and other engineering machinery. Structure-B:
Structure-B consists of PTFE strips and O-rings. Using the O-ring can keep the strips close to the inner surface of the cylinder, or to the surface of piston rod.Structure-C:
Type-C mainly function though Type-B O-ring. The O-ring's rubber elastomer can be FKM, FPM, MVQ, NBR, or CR, etc, in accordance with different operating mode. Recombining PTFE sheet (0.15~0.45mm) with the rubber elastomer, the O-ring have self-lubricity.
Scope of application: medium or low pressure, high frequency reciprocating movement.
