2) Allowable pressures for ductile iron flanged pipes and fittings: fitting with one
flange such as double socket
3) Tees with flanged branch, flanged spigot and flanged sockets, their PFA, PMA and
Pea are limited by their flange rating: they are same as that of flange pipes and

1) Pipes can be fabricated to suit individual needs and to variable lengths

4) Flanged pipes shall be of barrel with shrunk fit and welded on flanges under the
following standards available:
a) Clean water standard: EN545
b) DN80-1000mm cement lined with an epoxy seal coat internal, zinc and bitumen
external
c) Sewerage standard: EN598
d) High alumina cement internal, zinc and red epoxy external Ductile iron flanged joint fittings:
1) Flange spigot
2) Double flanged bends-90, 45, 22.5 deg. & 11.25 deg.
3) Double flanged concentric taper
4) All flanged radial tee
5) Reducing flanges-PN16
6) Double flanged duck-foot bend-90 deg.

8) Flanged bell-mouth
9) All flanged cross
10) All flanged 45 deg. angle branch

4) Flanged fittings are available in diameters ranging from DN80 to DN1600 and with
