Description features:Speedwall is an innovative new panel-based system for providing non load-bearing, fire and accoustic rated walls. The ingenuity of speedwalllies in the products design. Speedwall are FM global approved and are made from roll formed, galvinised steel shells filled with aerated concrete. This unique design makes them light-weight and easy to install, while also remaining structurally sound and boasting high-level fire and accoustic ratings. Speedwall systems demonstrate exceptional heat shielding and structual integrity with accoustic performance of sound transmission class 40 (stc-40) to stc-80 & beyond.
Each panel interlocks together using a 'tongue and groove' configuration. Speedwall can be constructed horizontally or vertically and are fixed to a 'c' track frame to ensure structural support. Because they have been designed for quick and easy installation, speedwall save customers time and money when compared to other systems. Speedwall outperform most other high-wall systems in terms of their light-weight design, footprint space-save properties, and their minimisation / elimination of additional slab / ground preperation. Because of this, speedwalls are ideal for use in the construction of high walls (over three metres) .
