We are a representing American Company from it's Domestic Office in Finland about their sales operations with the Heavy Metal Scrap and Used Rails.
Description:
Item number 1: min 30.000 MTW per month x 12 months of Heavy Melting Scrap HMS 1 & 2 (ISRI codes 200-206) from Eastern/Central Europe. Price CIF 166 USD / MT.
Item number 2: min 30.000 MTW per month x 12 months of Used Rails (R50-R65)
from Eastern/Central Europe. Price CIF 186 USD / MT
Item Number 3: min 30.000 MTW per month x 12 months of Heavy Melting Scrap HMS 1 (ISRI codes 200-202) from Eastern/Central Europe. Price CIF 176 USD / MT.
Packaging: Loose - Bulk.
Delivery schedule: Seller to specify for completion of total quantity & first shipment from the date of confirmed LC in seller's account.
Inspection: SGS at Seller's expense in the loading port.
Terms: Non-Transferable, Revolving, Irrevocable and Confirmed LC payable 100% at sight of Ocean Bill of Lading.
India Deliveries: 100% deposit for one delivery month then above mentioned LC.
PBG guarantee: 2% Corporate Performance Bond to be issued by Seller backed by SBLC.
The Contract is for one year and the price is Fixed.
We are interested who is our buyer, trader or a final user?
Because conditions of procedure different for a trader and a final user.
If the contract will be signed by trader, conditions are: 1 million USD has to be put on a deposit account for a term of the contract (1 year), each delivery month the 1/12 part of this sum which is on a deposit account is taken as a part of the payment, so in the end of the contract the sum of 1 million USD is used.
For the final user this is not necessary.
Our prices for annual contracts: CIF 166 USD (HMS 1&2), CIF 186 USD (Used Rails) and CIF 176 (HMS1) - are the final prices for the Quantity 30.000 MTW. Out of which we can pay a commission of 2 USD.
