7. No transferable, no back to back l/c; no one fresh l/c per shipment
8. We sell only to the end buyers-no reseller
9. The buyer must have our contract to study-he schould read it all and carefully and accept all terms and conditions
10. The loi should be only our type of loi on buyers letterhead and adresed to us not older as five days and together with a signed consent agreement.
11. The seller has all necessary certificates to be able to deliver to china aqsiq-no problem!!!
12. No traders resellers, only end buyers
A final remark: Please note that seller has their terms and contract wording and will not accept any changes to it, minor or not. It is really a take it or leave it situation, it is no use trying to negotiate the terms as they were written in a way that protects all parties.
