It consists of leaves arranged horizontally and at angle position on a glass fiber
backing plate. The abrasives on it are made of cloth abrasives with aluminum oxide
or alumina zirconia. There are two kinds available, flat and conical shape. Its exterior
diameters are 115mm, 125mm, and 180mm. We can also produce exterior diameters
of 100mm and 178mm for special orders. This series of products features a constant surface quality until completely used
up. It is appropriate for grinding rough or medium quality surfaces with no bad
smell while grinding compared with similar products. It is widely used in the manufacturing of industrial kitchens, stainless machines, tanks, steel structures
and more. Specifications:
1) Suitable for polishing iron sheet, steel and plastic
2) With special kinds that won't darken surfaces while grinding
3) Ideal storage conditions:
a) Temperature: 15 - 25ˇăC
b) Relative humidity: 50% - 65%
c) Keep material away from heat sources and avoid direct contact with
