CNC-WS series pipe benders are 3D bending machinery of high speed, high accuracy and reliable performance, with the advanced PC control system, heavy duty power unit, accurate imported drive components and design idea of people oriented and it can bend various pipes. Features:
1) Contour design: use stable trapezoid base to ensure the reliability of high
speed operation of the machine. Two pipe bending modes, core pulling and
no core, are all available for the machine to process pipes, the reasonable
mechanism design will never cause the holding device become flexible even
the torsional moment born is excess.
2) Driving system: applies Japanese MISUMI and TAUBAKI components, high
accuracy and fine quality ensure the accuracy and useful life longevity of the
driving process.
3) Control system: can be displayed in Chinese and English version, is
developed by Walpole and German Resotc Company together. Compared
with PLC and SCM, the advanced PC control system enjoys lager capacity
and higher speed.
4) Operation system: displayed in EL color screen. It can display analog pipe
drawings in 3D mode. The keyboard is a thin switch. There is also a 3.5
inch FDD, which can extend the memory function and avoid loss of data.
5) System protection: Mitsubishi series electric prospection system will keep
the machine in safe under abnormal voltage and current, meanwhile, the
memory function of the system will save data automatically if the power
breaks down. All-round system self-diagnostic function can help the operator
clear faults.
6) Power system: CNC-WS-10-2 type (two level mold), 750W Japanese
Yaskawa servomotor and German VOGEL precision reduction drive can
provide a torsional moment of 83.65N.m, which can easily bend steel
pipe of &Olash;10 x t1.0; 400W Japanese YASKAWA servomotor feeding
system makes the stress points of the pipe extend uniformly during
bending process, even the radius of curvature is close to pipe diameter.
The fineness and ellipticity of the pipe are ensured. The pneumatic
components are from Japanese SMC, Koganei and Taiwan Chelic, the
useful life can be 10 years. The design of pneumatic clampers makes
a bending action finish within 1.5 seconds that greatly improve the work
efficienc
