Cementing Fracturing Units

Description features:The cementing units are mobile units designed to perform cementing, fracturing, pressure balancing, extinguishing and acidizing operations at the wells. Normally, the cementing units are mounted on TATRA, ROMAN or KRAZ chassis truck.On request, the cementing and fracturing Units can be mounted on skids, provided with traction and lifting facilities, or on the other type af chassis truck.The Units can be mounted or tracted on 10% diped surfaces.The cementing units are equipped with a high pressure triplex plunger pump that can develop the required pressure under discontinuous operating coditions.
The power required to drive the triplex plunger pump is supplied by the WOLA 12ANDVa-Ip. The engine is provided with normal coupled disk clutch, flanged to the engine, spark-condensing chamber and is covered for outdoor operation To alloy easy start-up during cold weather, the engine is equipped with a water and oil preheating system.
The plunger pump is driven by a gearbox provided with a suplimentary shaft for water pump driving. The gearbox is driven by a motor with cardan shaft driving the plunger pump by toothed coupling and the water pump by elastic coupling.
The cementing units are equipped with a measuring tank, devided into two equal compartments, each compartment being provided with a level weir and valves for independent suction for the plunger pump and water pump.
Internally, the tank is protected against the corrosion.
For cementing operations, the cementing units are equipped with jet mixer with 3 nozzles supplied with water by a gear pump. Water supply to the mixer is so conceived to provide parallel operation of one, two or all three nozzles.
The controls of the Unit are centralized and may be actuated from the platform located around the control panel. On the control panel are mounted instruments for checking the operation of the plunger pump and water pump, as well as instruments required to check the operation of the driving motor.
The manifolds of Unit insures:
-plunger pump suction fropm each compartment of the measuring tank, from the slurry sump or from an outside source on both sides of the unit.
-Plunger pump discharge towards the well head or on free flowline to the measuring tank or externally. Discharge on free flow line is accomplished by a manual controlled adjustable nozzle which allows a slow and controlled reduction of pressur.
-Supply of each measuring tank compartment from an outside sourcesas well as, and independent emptying of each compartment.
-Water pump suction from esch compartment of the measuring tank and discharge towards the mixer with water distribution system towards the mixer nozzles and recirculation of excess flow to suction.
