Description features:It is our pleasure to introduce our selves as Recondition Knitting Machine Company since fifteen years in Taiwan. We collaborate with world leading Japanese company WAC DATA. We change the mini jacquard to computerized knitting machine with our Japanese WAC DATA controller and actuator system. We also export control systems(controller & actuator)for the complete automation of knitting machine. With our control system a variety of patterns on the fabric can be made.
The desired Graphical pattern can be created either using a patterning CAD/CAM software equipped with the machine or with image scanner. The CAD/CAM software is then post-processed the pattern in a format to the WAC controller. Based on the data received, the WAC controller controls the movements of each individual actuators installed on machine. The actuators controls the assembly of selector, needle jack and needle to form the desired pattern on the fabric.
Memory capacity of the integrated controller is 1 MB, which is enough to process large-area designs with 2.6 million stitches. Pattern memory capacity can be increased by adding Extended memory. (4 million stitches increased by adding every 1 MB extended memory)In addition to our controllers, we also offer a wide range of actuators, which act as fingers for the control of the selection of needles in textile machines , Auto Color Stripper and Yarn Length Tester. We also sell used recondition knitting machines like Terrot, Bentley, Monarch, Fukuhara etc.with and without converting in to computerized. Knitting well also offers after sales service.
