Founded in 2000, Shanghai Longbai Plastic Toys Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of inflatable items and thermal & cooling products. We are focused on research and development as well as production and marketing. Our front line staff have over 10 years experience. All of our line workers have many years of industry experience. 80% of our staff have been with the company since we opened. We have dedicated ourselves to providing the highest quality of products and services. The plastic Inflatable and Hot & Cold Packs we produced are exported to more than 18 countries and regions throughout the world, including Europe, America and Japan.
Production Capacity
Located in Pudong New Area, Shanghai Longbai is only 15 minutes from the Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Our company has over 200 employees and covers 7,000 square meters approximately. The workshop has over 50 sets of advanced high-frequency machines from 1.5 KW to 35 KW, 6 of 45-meter bedplates lines for silkscreen printing, pouring machines, sealing machines, mixer machines and packaging machines. With this machinery, we are able to provide strong production capability of 1,000,000 dozens (sets) of inflatable items annually and 25,000 pieces of thermal & cooling packs per day.
