Our main materials are ductile iron, grey iron and malleable iron. Apart from the general casting method, we also use the lost foam (EPC) method to produce. Green sand molds are made on a simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger; shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax patterns used in investment casting. After pouring, all castings are ground and cleaned in shot blast machines.
Now, our annual producing capacity only for fittings is 10,000 tons. We could produce the heaviest fittings of more than 4 tons.
We have a very strict quality controlling system and we inspect each fitting's appearance, pressure and tolerance very carefully before shipment.
