established in 1999, specializes in designing, producing, and selling various plastic toys, and products.
Factory covers an area of 11,000 square meters. There are 500 employees, including a management team of 22 persons, 6 R&D persons and 16 QC persons. We have also set up departments of prototype (master) project development, jig manufacture, injection molding, painting, movable printing, silk screen, colored drawing and assembly, in order to provide better services for global markets and customers.
In resent years, we have built strong and modern equipped production lines with 10 injection molding machines, 17 movable printing machines, 50 silk screen pad platforms, 5 painting pulls, 3 assembly line pulls, shrink tunnels, automatic packing machines, automatic continuous band sealers, supersonic wave machines and high cycle machines. It is guaranteed that we can deal with our customers' long-term or temporary purchases and maintain good quality and punctual delivery.
