Company Introduction
Shanghai King Tech Industry Co., Ltd., specializing in the production of retro-reflective material, functional fabric and life protecting garment, was established in the USA in 1994.

Over the past decade King Tech has been continually evolving to adapt to the changing market. Innovative production methods are being developed and patented allowing for quality and optimum efficiency. The research developing, designing, manufacturing, and managing force is now working around the clock to keep up with the global market.

Location:
King Tech Industry has offices located in San Diego, California, USA; Basingstoke, England, and has a factory and laboratory in Shanghai, China. While the office and warehouse at east and west coast of the USA, our factory facility and laboratory are located in Shanghai, within 45 minutes drive from both airports and 30 minutes from downtown.

Facility:
We have state of art equipment, including knife coating, spraying, gavial, rotary screen, vacuum metal vapor coating, laminating and sublimation machines for continuous mass production.

Laboratory:
Our laboratory works on researching and developing new products, also engaged in quality control of raw material and final products. Patented process and unique source of various formulas has derived leading tech knowledge in the subject fields.

Design Team:
Our fashion design team includes professional garment designer, graph designer and pattern designer. Therefore, we are capable of utilizing our unique functional fabric to make fashionable garment and products.

Cut and Sew:
Our in house cut and sew factory ensures speed delivery and quality control.

Carry Island Brand Garment
Carry Island brand garments contain the most advance area retro-reflective fabrics, providing breath ability, wicking, water protection, stain resistance, fire resistance, and comfort. When wearing these retro-reflective garments at night, these accents reflect car headlights, improving the visibility of the exercisers in traffic. Yet by day the clothes are not overly flashy.


KTTEX Brand Functional Fabric:
KTTEX functional fabric is a combination of reflective and/or various type of state of the art functions. It is specialized in none toxic that meets EN71 and ROCH specifications to use in electronic and garment industry.

Products includes:
1. Area Reflective Fabric: Patented retro reflective fabric in graphic pattern, suitable for garment, rainwear, bags, tent and awning.
2. Silicone infused fabric: Fabric with improved tearing strength, and functions. The function include but not limited to breath ability, water resist, dirt repellent, softness, fire retard, U.V. resist and color fastening.
3. Chromate screen fabric.

Custom Brand Safety Vest and Uniform:
King Tech produce private brand of safety vest, rainwear and uniform.


KT Brand Reflective Tapes:
King Tech produces the highest level of reflectivity material for making safety garments to meet ANSI/ISEA and EN471 standards. Product includes:
1. Reflective fabric of narrow width
2. Microprism high gloss reflective tape
3. Reflective Transfer: Reflective Transfer firm to transfer KT reflective system to various material surface including fabric, plastic and leather.
4. Reflective Trim: Colored trim sealed with patented retro reflective stripes, the end product may meet ANSI and EN471 requirements.
5. Fire Retarded Reflective Fabric: Meeting NFPA 701 and EN533:1997 specifications.
