After the part production is finished, our QC staff check the parts one-by-one, making sure there is no problem with parts, and then we assemble them. When everything is going well for skyrunners, we stick to the QC on per bike. We have got the CE and SGS certificates for our skyrunners. We only produce and export high quality bikes! We have a daily capacity of 1,000 pairs of skyrunners. We make every part by ourselves for jumpers, even the spring. We are one of the most professional companies for manufacturing jumpers in China. For skyrunners, there are 2 things which are most important. The first important thing is spring. Spring is made from fiber glass. Every spring is taken around 20 minutes to make by machine. Our springs are among the best springs in China. Our company is the first one and the only one which has got the machine to test springs. Our springs can be 0.1 million times. We also buy springs from other factories. But other springs are only 4,000 times max. The second most important thing for jumpers is aluminum (main parts for jumper). It should be very stronger one. If the aluminum is soft, it will be easily distorted by big hit (the high weight user or high jump). Then we use the most stronger aluminum in the market (also the most expensive one). We control the quality of skyrunners as well. We test skyrunners one by one after finish producing. We mark the load range on the skyrunners and on the color box. We offer you free DVD in order to help user to study the jumper. Also, there is a user manual, free elbow pads and free gloves for you!
