Shenzhen Candour Belt & Tape Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of various types of high quality ribbons & strings. Our main products are piping tapes, cotton tapes, polyester (both single-face and double-face) satin ribbon, grosgrain ribbon, organza tapes, printed ribbon, and polyester velvet ribbon, jacquard tapes, elastic tapes for underwear. We can also supply an assortment of special strings, ropes, fringed ribbon and related products. These items are widely used in garment, underwear, beddings, bags, gift packing, machine embroidery, and household decorations.
With our piping tape and special strings made of high quality polyester filaments and dyestuffs, and dyed at high temperatures, we can now supply 5,000 styles of patterns of polyester piping tapes & special strings. Outputting 5,000,000 yards of piping tapes and special strings every day, we are thus one of the largest manufacturers of these products in the Asian market.
From 2001 to 2004, we invested heavily in production lines for manufacturing piping tape, polyester satin and grosgrain ribbons as well as velvet tape. Utilizing the most advanced equipment, our main production plant now includes high-speed looms, high-temperature continuous dyeing machines and high-speed yarn warping machines, high-temperature continuous pressing machines. Using imported yarns and environmentally friendly dyestuffs sourced from Japan, Taiwan and Korea. We exert strict quality control over all processes. Completing all weaving, dyeing, finishing, winding and packaging in-house, we can thus ensure perfect product quality.
Our piping tape, special strings, polyester satin ribbons, polyester velvet tapes, cotton tape and have bright colors, fine textures, and high fastness to wet and dry rubbing/washing/steaming. Strictly using azo-free dyestuffs, we can ensure that our series meet European, American and Japanese standards. Thus, with polyester satin ribbon and velvet tape being environmentally friendly, soft and colorfast, this product is gradually replacing nylon ribbon. Meanwhile, all of the products must be passed by our own lab test before being delivered to our customer.
Employing 20 personnel, we set up a strong team of R&D, who collect the latest colors and fashion trends from all over the world, to design and develop the most popular styles of webbing products, so as to match the fashion vogue.
Promising all clients innovative designs, low costs, rapid delivery and good service, our products are now being marketed in China, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe and the USA. Keeping enough of inventory on hand in order to quickly fill clients' needs, we are striving to offer the best quality and service, largest inventory and quickest delivery.
