Our upper roller factory: we can provide three kinds of quality in different materials (U.S.A. DuPont, Japanese Daikin, and Chinese local coatings), and metals (e.g. Industrial, ordinary, re-cycled aluminium) with simple or minutely complicated production (e.g. single or multi-layers, ordinary or digital machinery and nanometer technology). The prices depend on the above factors.
With fully automatic foundation, we can supply 80,000~90,000pcs monthly in same quality as OEM's by using DuPont coating with industrial aluminium and digital machinery to produce. And the copying quantity can last 150,000~420,000 per piece, but the prices are only 25% against with OEM's.
We can also provide the lowest prices for our customers in some areas to satisfy for different market's requests. The current lower rollers and oil rollers are also available.
Our blade factory: we've our own formulae to produce the rubber to satisfy different temperature and hardness follow to different character of each OEM in exact measurement also. From purchasing the chemical materials to finished products, the whole range is under our strict supervision (with Q.C. in computerized) in order to control the quality.
With fully automation and a series of self-production for the blades, we can lower down the cost to manufacture maximum level, and therefore, we've conditions to compete the other countries in the whole range blades for digital copiers and laser printer.
Our toner factory: to produce a qualified toner, the most important factor is the formula in exact and the raw materials.
We select the raw materials from Japan, Germany and with German facilities to produce the toner for mono copiers, digital copier and laser printer. The stability in quality and testing procedure is very vital to the toner users.
To be a toner factory, we must insist the stability in quality for every shipment, because toner is very sensitive with temperature, humidity, materials, and timing in production. We must test with the exact machines before ship out to ensure the quality up to the standard.
By the way, we also provide a wide range of product including: all spare parts and lamps for copier and printer, developers, toner cartridges, inkjet cartridges, CISS, fax films in cooperation with our brother factories for the convenience of our customers.
