Ningbo Santron Mold Technology Service Company (Santron Company) is located in Beilun, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Our company is a joint-stock company under Ningbo Prance Long Mold Company, integrating mold designing and manufacturing, component die-casting, plastic product manufacturing, superficial processing, precision processing and other procedures. At present, our main products are spare parts for automotive lamps, communication products and home appliances and lighting industry.

As a public technological service platform for mold industry, Santron Company insists on the objective of "to achieve share resources, to reach efficiency by the use of resources, capitals and talents, to enhance research and development capability, and to become more competitive in Beilun mold industry". We have total 80 sets of different kinds of machines, such as high speed CNC, CMM, highly precise die-casting machines and other machines. Furthermore, we have advanced CAD/CAE/CAM/PDM integration internet systems, disposed with UG-II, Pro/e, CIMATRON, I-DEAS and other software. The advanced machines are used for mold designing, manufacturing and testing. In addition, we have world advanced five-axis association processing center and six-axis orientation processing center (made by Parpas of Italy) and other 70 sets of machines and 45 sets of plastic/die-casting machining equipment (The biggest tonnage is 1600T, total 19 sets), 30 sets of injection machines (the biggest is 1250T, total 7 sets), and various kinds of testing machines.
