Shenzhen Cooge Electronics Co., Ltd. is located in China Economic Special Zone, Shenzhen City. We professionally manufacture telecommunication products and related goods. We have become a comprehensive and professional enterprise integrating production, sales, and export in the communication industry. At present, our products include mobile phones, memory cards, USB flash drives, MP4 players, related accessories, and other electronic products.
After several years of development, Cooge has built up a team with over 1,000 factory workers and over 70 R&D engineers and managers in office. As an ISO-compliant company, Cooge adopts comprehensive QC policy in the whole production process from raw material sourcing to finished product delivery. With 6 high-speed SMT lines and 12 assembly lines, our factory is situated with an area of 25,000 square meters in Shenzhen. We manage it through 6S mode to ensure the process efficiency and over 30,000 pieces output per day. Before delivery, all our products have to pass a series of strict QC inspection, including shock-proof test, battery test, and ESD test.
