Dalian City Ganjingzi District Yiyuandi Machinery Factory was established in 2002, which is a professional manufacturer of automobile power steering pumps. We export our products to the USA, Canada, Australia and other countries and regions. Moreover, we provide support parts for Changchun FAW Light Trucks Factory and other automobile steering pumps factories. In 2007, we attained ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality system certification.
Our factory owns more than 100 production and inspection machines, such as numerical control biplane grinder, numerical control rotor notch grinder, curve grinder, stator grinder, machining center, numerical control lathe and computer controlled steering pump test bed. Our annual output reaches 400,000 sets of pump cores and 200,000 pump units.
We use advanced technology to develop and research new products. Now, we have steering pumps in more than 100 varieties and 6 series for medium, heavy trucks, light and mini vehicles and cars. There are also more than 100 varieties of pump cores to choose from. We also produce all kinds of pump cores and pump units according to customers' specific requirements.
