Established in 1992, we have been designing and producing all types of precision stampings, progressive dies and spare parts. Applications range from home appliances, audio products, copiers, printers and routers to mobile phones, cameras and DVD/VCD players. With more than 20 R&D engineers and 50 mold engineers on staff, we at Qiangfa Metal Plastic Factory can develop parts based on or your drawings samples.
We operate a 20,000-square-meter factory, with Sadik digital slow wire cutting machines, high accuracy CNC machine, CMMs, Japanese Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines and 100T-250T continuous punching machines. These enable us to achieve a product precision of +/-0.03mm. All our operations at Qiangfa Metal Plastic Factory are ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001-certified. We are applying TS16469 now and it is expected to access in July this year.
