Jinjiang Hongli Machine Co., Ltd. was established in 2000. It was formerly known as Jinjiang Water Pump Plant. We mainly produce and sell valves, pumps, air compressors and other fluid control products. We uphold a management concept of long term development with the customers and we develop all of our products according to environmental standards.
We adhere to scientific, technological and managerial innovation, quality refinement and reasonable prices. After years of effort, our products are now sold to the EU, the United States, Southeast Asia and other countries. We have also had our valves, pumps and other fluid control products recognized and certified according to international standards.
Our main products are: butterfly valves, ball valves and check valves. Materials used for production are CI category (ASTM A126-CLASSB; GG20); DI category (ASTM A536 65-45-12; EN1563 GJS 400-15) and stainless steel category (ASTM A351-CF8/CF8M/CF3M; ASTM A743-CF8/CF8M / CF3M; EN-10213-4 1.4408; ASTM A582-410/416; ASTM A479-316/316L). Our DN50 to DN300 caliber valves can be produced according to the different requirements of our customers.
Our valves can be used for temperatures between -40 to 150 degrees and a pressure of 1.6 MPa and above. The connecting standards are DIN/ANSI.
We also design and manufacture pumps, deep-well pumps, screws and pistons. We mainly use tidal sand and resin sand casting processes as well as silica lost wax casting and we have one fully automated CNC machining center, 5 CNC machining centers and 25 CNC lathe machining centers to customize required products.
We use the German SPECTRO spectrometer to control the quality of the cast materials and we also use FMEA, SPC and GRR quality control methods to improve the production techniques and quality of our products. We are committed to meeting our customers' orders with prompt delivery and we sincerely hope our customers at home and abroad will cooperate with us to strengthen our industry.
