Foshan Chengfeng Moulding & Plastic Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991. We are located in Nanhai District, Guangdong Province, enjoying convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of 100,000 square meters, and has more than 1200 staff members. There are 3 major departments: Mould Manufacturing Department, Plastic & Hardware Parts Processing Department, and Automobile Radiator Department. They respectively undertake manufacturing and processing of large injection molds, hardware pressing molds, large plastic parts, hardware parts and automobile radiators. Now our company is one of top producing bases in South China in this industry. Our main production equipment include 15 sets of CNC machines, 12 sets of EDM, 8 sets wire cut machines, 100 sets of 80-2000 ton automatic injection machines and brazed radiator production lines. Moreover, we also have 2 sets of British LK 3D single-arm testing machines, energy dispersion X-ray fluorescent spectrometer, cutting tools measuring instrument and LSF2 heat exchanger pressure cycle testing machine, about 100 machines for testing and detecting. We are a leader in designing, producing and quality techniques. Now, all our designing, mold part line and workpieces processing have realized computer-controlled automatization. We also have 30 product patents and strictly carry out ISO Quality Management System and Environment System. We have ERP system to implement effective operation and cooperation for company's resource. Our company maintains good long-term cooperation relations with f well-known enterprises and franchisers at home and abroad. We are also the main vendor for these customers. Our products (such as automobile radiators, car and motorcycle accessory parts, air conditioner plastic parts) sell well in Japan, Europe, America, the Middle East and other countries and regions. Our company can produce 100 sets of moulds, 600,000 sets of plastic parts, 25,000 sets of vehicle radiator tanks per month. We provide the best OEM service and flexible packing. Our samples will be sending out within 7 working days if it needs no new molds. If the sample needs designing new molds, we need about 30 days for the sample.
