We use materials such as PVC, PU, leather, nylon, microfiber, satin, faux suede, neoprene, foam sponge, lycra and EVA. We can provide professional recommendation of materials and reasonable price as per customers' needs. Accessories are available:
Hangtags, labels, woven tags, artwork of polybag, carton marking, emboss logos, screened logos, stamp logos, rubber logo patches and metal plate are can available as per customers' requests. OEM products manufacturing and sourcing are also available. Sample:
We have 2 professional technicians with 5 skillful sewers as a group for specialized samples. We are able to provide samples within 5 days and quotation within 24 hours. Quality Control:
All products must be inspected 5 times before delivery.
Check the raw materials after they arrived in our factory.
Check the swatches after cutting by mould.
Check all the details while the production line operated.
Check the goods after they are finished products.
Check all the goods after packing. All finished goods will be packed in standard export carton to protect from damage. We also welcome QC from customer's company to check the quality. Terms of Payment:
1. Bank Wire T/T: take 3-4 business days to check your payment.
2. Western Union money transfer: take 15 minutes. We can receive your payment.
3. Money booker: take 15 minutes. We can receive your payment, however, you should have your account of money booker.
4. L/C at sight. Shipment:
Goods are normally dispatched within 30 days against receipt of down payment. It is no problem to export goods for royal fair. All the shipment should be specified by customers. If you don't have any cooperator for order delivery, don't worry about the shipment. We have excellent forwarder to work on the logistic to send the goods to destination safely on time and hereby release the notice to consignee.
