Sunfast Tianli is an independent manufacturing company involved in the export of fasteners, packaging and various industrial ancillary parts. We have achieved great success through rapid growth and appropriate structural development. The size of our factory is 100,000m2 with over 400 employees. The export value has been up to USD50,000,000 nowadays. Sales are world wide with particular emphasis on Europe, former Eastern Europe, South America and Australia. We have established long term business partnership with about 200 overseas customers.

We produce various types of fasteners with machines imported. The main products are: nuts, bolts, screws, studs, washers, and stamped & special parts.
We also have a packing workshop specialized in all kind of mini-pack hardware for supermarket and special use.
We have our own heat-treatment lines imported and equipped with advanced testing facilities.
We have strict control of quality for our customers.

Our products are complying with the DIN, BS, NF E, UNI, IFI, ANSI, AS, ISO, EN and JIS standards. Materials used are: Carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel; brass, aluminum, cast iron, Zamak; nylon and EPDM.

Surface treatments available include:
a. Self-color, black finish
b. Phosphate, electric and mechanical zinc plating, H.D.G.
c. Nickel plating, chrome plating, brass & antique bronze plating, black zinc plating
d. Dacromet, Ruspert, Delta Tone, geomet etc.

ISO9001 quality control system is implemented throughout the process of production. All goods are produced under careful guidance of Sunfast Tianli's own engineers. Manufacturers are keenly screened before they join the ranks of Sunfast Tianli's supplier base. Each and every shipment is inspected both during and after production and customers receive a full shipment inspection before receipt of goods. Sunfast Tianli holds and has access to virtually all testing facilities and laboratory equipment and generally tests goods according to the relative DIN, ISO or ANSI standard with a clearly defined AQL. Specific tests can naturally be provided to customers upon request.

To keep prices competitive, we complete nearly all production processes ourselves. Because of the good relationship, we directly purchase raw materials from reliable large steel manufacturers to effectively avoid middle costs. We have increased our production and decreased costs of production by adopting appropriate technology.

To guarantee punctual delivery, we have steadily increased our production capacity. We have a large modern warehouse to make our service more flexible. We have launched a Customer Service Project to further improve our service quality. We are doing our best to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
