Established in 1997 and located in Botou City, Hebei Province, where is the famous foundry city of China, now Botou Yaqi Industry Casting Co.,Ltd. has two manufactories, one is foundry, another is industrial pumps manufactory. Our foundry specializes in manufacturing high standard castings and has integrated foundry facilities, material analysis and testing equipment and strong machining ability. We are able to supply one stop service for customers, including mould, foundry, machining, heat treatment, painting or powder coating, zinc coating, packing, shipping and so on. Our main foundry processing and equipment:

Gray Iron castings,
GB standards:HT200, HT250 and HT300
DINEN standards:GG20, GG25 and GG30
Ductile Iron castings (also called nodular iron casting or spheroidal iron castings)
GB standards: QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7 and QT600-3
DINEN standards: GGG40, GGG50, GGG60
Other standards such as ANSI/ASTM, BSEN, DINEN, ISO and so on are available. Applications:
Pump and valve components, machine or equipment parts, motor parts, housings, brackets, generators parts, pulleys, gears, bearing body, cement mixer parts, lathe beds, surface plates, any other customized castings as well. We also design and manufacture cast iron and aluminum products for home and garden with Europe and America styles, mainly include urns and planters, fountains and water features, statues, garden edging or fencing, doormats, indoor stoves and so on. Our pump manufactory is dedicated in designing and manufacturing positive displacement pumps and centrifugal oil pumps for industrial and marine applications. The main products are gear pump, internal gear pump, mono screw pump, two screw pump, three screw pump, rotary lobe pump, centrifugal oil pump and so on. They are widly applied in petroleum, chemical, marine, electric power, food, sanitary, pharmacy, daily chemical, construction material and other industry fields. We have established complete quality management system and passed the certification of ISO9001:2000.
