Founded in 2001, Dongguan Dalang Jiayuan Mold & Hardware Processing Store is located at Dongguan City, Guangdong Province.
At present, Jiayuan specializes in designing and developing plastic moulds, including accessories of electronic products (including printers, scanners, PC and notebooks), MP3/MP4, cell phones, GPS, connectors and bobbins of transfer.
Our factory covers of 1,000 square meters and about 60 trained employees. Most of the workers have abundant experiences in tooling field. Our factory is equipped with a complete set of production and quality assurance facilities including precision millings, grinding machines and high speed CNC EDM, which supplies the best conditions and foundation for the high quality tooling.
Our annual production capacity is 200 - 250 sets of tooling parts. In order to improve the quality, 90% of tooling parts have been made by heated treatment, which also can prolong the tooling life. We pay more attention to the details of every procedure, from design to final assembly. We take the records for each modification or maintaining, so that we just need to remake the damaged part according to the drawing and records when the tooling parts are broken, therefore, it can avoid to stop the production just because of one damaged part, which saves customer's time maximally!
