QC / Technical Support:
Our skillful staff have over 20 years of experience in plastic and metal mold making. Customers are assured of precision plastic and metal molds.
Procedures / testing Details:
Our QC staff ensure all incoming components are of high quality, otherwise they are rejected. They have to pass our Incoming Quality Control.
For production, we set strict quality control at every stage. Products have to undergo our Process Quality Control.
Quality Assurance is carried out before products are delivered to customers. We also have weekly meetings to review various manufacturing aspects, especially product quality.
