Hangzhou Annat Industrial Co., Ltd. is a company specializing in auto disc brake pads, brake shoes, motorcycle clutches and non-ferrous metal die-cast products. We have a registered capital of over USD5,000,000 and cover an area of 70,000 square meters. We employ 400 staff. Our company is located near Hangzhou City and Shanghai City. Our company has three sub-companies: Hangzhou Jiaxing Zinc Plating Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Jinma Friction Material Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Matey Trading Co., Ltd. The perfect integration of manufacturing and trading has realized our dream to consolidate and enlarge the domestic and international markets. Besides, we have also set up two branches, with one in Canton and the other in Chongqing City so as to promote our products better. We have obtained the membership of China Friction Material Association, and approved by ISO9001:2000 QA system and ISO 14001 EA system. We have projected a starting investment of more than USD 1,000,000 in brake shoes and brake discs with the production capacity of 1,000,000 sets. We introduce the manufacturing and inspecting equipment from Jilin Industrial University. Our company also has a mould department. It only takes 5 days to form a mould, with the cost much lower than normal charge. Now, we have over 1000 pieces of brake moulds. We have four environmental protection systems: semi-metal, little-metal, NAO and big-grain graphite. With the four systems, we can meet the different requests of customers from Europe, North America, Africa as well as China. With the stable friction coefficient and the endurable wear rate, the Annat-branded product can suit the demands of the different auto types, velocity, loading weight and road condition.
