Integrating mold, fusion casting, extrusion and surface processing technologies, we are a professional producer of building aluminum extrusion series including doors, windows, curtain walls, heat insulation profiles, civil decorating profiles, industrial profiles and special profiles. We adopt worldwide advanced technology and have imported whole set equipment from germany, switzerland and taiwan. There are 17 extrusion production lines,4 anodic oxidation & electrophoresis painting production lines,4 color powder coating production lines made by swiss gema and german wagner,2 swiss-made heat-insulation profile composite production line and matched advanced domestic or imported test instruments. Our annual production capacity is 40,000 metric tons. We adopt iso9001:2000 quality system management. Our extrusion was qualified by iso certification with the production and inspection strictly according to gb/t5237-2000 standards for high and refined grade.
Our "xj" brand profiles, such as the newly-developed and national-patented high-airtight and reasonably-priced xj8088 and xj866 and japanese new 80, xj1008 sliding doors, sliding windows, casement windows, curtain wall series (xj110-180), heat insulation cold-bridge series, etc, have been awarded as jiangsu provincial famous brand and gained the favor and trust of numerous customers.
The industrial profiles with high precision, stable performance and excellent quality are also exported to japan, usa, italy, taiwan, hong kong, etc, and appreciated by the customers.
