Company Description:Offering High Quality Products And Fine Services We are a medium-sized metallurgic factory located in the heart of Poland, in the large city of Lodz. We have 140 years of tradition in manufacturing grey cast iron. Our product include central heating boilers for solid fuels(cokecoal or wood) as well as liquid fuels(gasand oil) and radiators. Our boilers are available in power range from 9,5 to 300 kW. They are suitable for residential(eg. Houses and mansions) and commercial(eg. Schools and hospitals) estates. There are two lines of radiators available from our factory. The simple, yet elegant TIF radiator can be obtained in wide range of colours. Our pride is the RETRO line, consisting of four unique models: RETRO DRAGON, RETRO ART NOUVEAU, RETRO BAROQUE and RETRO LIERRE. Combining high thermal efficiency with traditional design, our RETRO radiators are an excellent choice for period properties. They can also decorate any modern apartment. Our range of products is complemented by street and garden furniture. Cast iron as material has been used to produce durable and vandal-resistant outdoor furniture for centuries. Our factory manufacture unique ART NOUVEAU furniture, designed by our factory designer. ART NOUVEAU line consist of:

- litter bins The heart of our factory premises of 55.000 square meters constitutes the foundry, equipped with three cupola furnaces with total daily casting capacity of 200 tons. The size of a single casting is limited by the dimensions of flasks(2500x 1500 x 500 mm), and the maximum weight is up to 1000 KG. Boiler and radiator sections are manufactured on a professional production line. After final mechanical and pressure tests the castings are further processed in the assembly department. The assembly shop is equipped with adequate machines and appliances, which enable us for precise treatment and finishing of our cast iron products. The factory has its own construction department and laboratory, constantly monitoring the quality of the production materials as well as the finished products. The whole production process is carried out by qualified, professional staff consist of 200 employees with long-time job experience. We are looking for purchasers of our products but we are also interested in commision manufacturing of castings.
