* APM is a part of 50 year old AJANTA GROUP, involved in various manufacturing activities around India ranging from processing of pulses / food grains to plastic processing Industry.
INFRASTRUCTURE
* AJANTA PACK MART PVT LTD possess complete facility to manufacture PE bags. Our manufacturing facility, spread over 20, 000 sq feet, is located in Kandla Special Economic Zone. It is located 10 Kms from Kandla Port and 70 Kms from Mundhra Port.
* Our Manufacturing Plant has the capacity to manufacture 2000 MT / annum of Quality PE bags and is equipped with state-of-the-art Film Plants, Bag Making Machines, Printing Machines and Quality Control Equipments. The work force is highly skilled and trained to ensure buyers stringent quality works. Highly trained and qualified quality inspectors closely monitor each & every step of production and dispatch.
* APM is in a unique position to expand and adapt new and upcoming technologies for manufacturing of PE film products to meet ever increasing global demand. Ajanta has been producing a wide range of both low and high density shopping bag for retail outlets in India and export to more than 10 countries globally.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
The aim of Quality Assurance is to provide the customer with confidence that their product will perform to individual and specified requirements. Quality Assurance ensures that a high standard of quality is maintained throughout product production cycle. Our commitment to supplying a high quality product is in the forefront of our drive for excellence, it is for this reason AJANTA has its own quality control department.
From the raw material stage till the product is finally ready for dispatch, a host of quality checks and tests are conducted in between including MFI testing of the resins, testing of packing material such as corrugated boxes and various tests on PE films.
All this implies a long term assurance for the AJANTA customer. Should he require a repeat consignment of a specific product even years later, he will receive a true and perfect replica of the original, Every Time.
