Company Description:Offering High Quality Products And Fine Services Delicious food industries co. Ltd. (dfi) launched in 1991 as a poultry slaughterhouse and meat processing plant. Dfi is located in abdullah 2nd bin el hussein industrial estate in sahab just outside of amman on 10. 000 m2 land.
Ever since we started, our goal has been to produce high quality poultry and beef products. We strive to combine quality, purity and excellent taste in our products in order to fulfill the demands of the modern market.
Dfi started with only two main processed products; canned beef luncheon and canned chicken luncheon. Today, due to our commitment to high quality products and most of all customer satisfaction, our production line has grown to more than 100 different products and we are still growing.
The poultry slaughterhouse of dfi has a capacity of 1500 birds per hour and the company produces all of its chicken meat needed internally as well as providing many of jordan's processing factories with raw material.
Dfi slaughters all of its chickens in accordance with islamic rites (halal) and most of the slaughtering process is completely automatic.
Dfi produces animal feed and industrial oil from all leftovers in our in-house rendering plant ensuring no waste and minimal impact on the environment.
In the processing section, all of our raw material is of the highest quality and meets all international standards. Dfi imports most of our additives and spices from well-known European companies. Furthermore, we develop our recipes, and production processes in close co-operation with European consultants specialized in the middle eastern taste and preferences.
Dfi continuously strives to improve and we are always developing new recipes and products as well as investing in the latest machinery technology. Of course we are haccp, iso9001-2000 and halal certified
Our production processes are always under strict control from doctors and trained quality control personnel and they adhere to the best hygienic standards and practices.
Dfi product range is vast ranging from canned goods and frozen items to fresh products and raw material.
Dfi is now the proud supplier of amongst others; intercontinental, sheraton, moevenpick, marriott, howard johnson (al qasr) , imperial palace, regency, le royal, amman cham, four seasons, dunes club as well as supplying all the top supermarkets.
We further export to Syria, Iraq, Egypt, Algeria, Turkey and Morocco both under private labels as well as under our brand names (hana, beefo, chickina, belhana, lana, dana)
