Stainless Steel Shot: 302, 304, and 430 We are one of the largest metal abrasive manufacturers in China with annual output 100,000MT. (50,000MT steel shot, 50,000MT steel grit). We have 10 medium frequency induction furnaces, the melting steel are quenched by centrifugal atomizing machines ( It helps to reduce the voids and crackers), four warm air dryers, and four large sized tempering systems, 9 quenching furnaces and then the continuous breaking machines to produce steel grit. We are equipped with superior inspection equipments like fatigue life tester imported from USA Ervin Company and direct-reading spectrometer from Germany.
Our company has gained the certificate of ISO9001-2000 and products meet SAEJ444 and SAEJ827 standards.
