Kunshan Giant Light Metal Ttechnology Co., Ltd, a wholly subsidiary of Giant Global Group from Taiwan. The facility occupies 235 acres, building area up to 85, 000 square meter, equipped with 4 billet casting furnaces, 18 direct or indirect extrusion presses, 4 heat-treatment furnaces, with a production capacity of 30, 000 metric ton per year.
The main products are aluminum bicycle rims, motorcycle rims, heatsink, seamless tube, seam tube and other custom made aluminum extrusion profile. Our aluminium rims in brand of amigo has been sold worldwide.
From engineering, material research, die-making, aluminum casting, aluminum extruding, heat treatment, to the shaping of aluminum rim and surface finishing, all of which can be completed with excellent quality control system.
Established in 1996, from production of profile for bicycle rim, our business has been expanding to supply of components for automobile, electrical and aircraft industries.
Today, giant light metal is dedicated into a specialized aluminum plant with entire production cycle from billet casting extrusion, tube drawing, to finishing operation.
International quality system such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 has been certified and sucessfully implemented, which has also embedded quality into its culture to ensure a consistency of product quality, and to meet or even exceeds specifications of customers.
