We specialize in the manufacture of knitted sweaters in numerous varieties. Primarily producing men's, ladies' and children's garments. 90% of these products are exported to worldwide countries, such as Russia, France, East Europe, South Korea and North America. Our factory has facilities to design and produce sweaters in different gauges using cashmere, wool, lambs wool, nylon, acrylic, polyester, cotton, special yarn and other synthetic materials. Our sweater production equipment includes advanced "Stoll" brand flat knitting machines, a range of sewing machines and 200 sets of fully integrated auxiliary equipment. Our 1,500 employees can output 6.8 million pieces annually in a variety of specifications.Our workshop now covers an area of 3 hectares. So, in order to quicken the pace of development, we have built a subsidiary production site named Baolida Garments Co., Ltd., which covers an area over 12 hectares and integrates sweater knitting, sewing, dyeing, washing and finishing processes. ISO 9001 quality certified in 2003, our on-site quality inspection department and comprehensive QC measures are integrated into all production procedures, to ensure all products pass inspection prior to shipment.In addition to our established product lines, we can also custom-produce garments according to your samples or photographs.
