Our zippers are manufactured and dyed by fully computer high-temperature, high pressure dyeing systems. This makes our products meet quality standards from many strict famous laboratories in the world. However, colorfastness problems and defects in the zipper might be caused by various factors such as strong chemical treatment (PU, PVC coating) of fabric or hard washing. Therefore, you are kindly requested to inform us prior to placing orders if your products are supposed to undergo special treatment, and please pay attention to the following mentioned points to avoid any damages:
1) Stocking for a long time under the condition of high-temperature and high-humidity
2) Hard stone, acid and bleach washing
3) Storage in the chemical atmosphere Also, it will be appreciated that you inform us in advance if you have any specific requirements on below points so that we can give you our service accordingly:
1) Light standard (D65 or L84 or others)
2) Resin free (pass needle free test or not)
3) Slider and teeth treatment (nickel free or non nickel free needed)
