Taking advantage of applications software Pro E, Auto CAD, and Solidworks, we design and analyze drawings according to the concepts provided by feasible effect drawings. Our injection mould manufacturing bases on advanced equipment such as EDM, CNC, wire-cut, and plane machines. With experienced mould designers and veteran works dominate, we promptly make exact drawings, and make sure that the mold tooling must in compliance with customer's specification and requirements. As we try to plan wisely in entire processes, any problem has been solved perfectly. Small and big, multi-cavity molds cum core, slide, insert and assistant device-dependent were implemented with great efficiency and speed. Our injection plastic workshop, equipped with 35 advanced various capacity injection machines as well as veteran staff's hard work, performs in turn with three shifts every day. We can produce weight 0.15~4,500g different plastic parts, widely using ABS, HIPS, PP, PC, PVC (softhard), H(L)DPE, nylon + xx% GF, POM and PMMA. Part surface technics have painter, silk-screw, decal-printing, bronzing and plating. All parts and components through full testing or making sure comply with quality requirements before export. Our casting and stamping manufacturing is supported by top-ranking punch and die devices with high-class surface treatment technology, such as polish, electrolyzing-nigrescence, chromeplate, zincification, copperize, silver/gild, and heat treatment processes. The finished productions are exported to different countries and regions in Europe, America and Southeast Asia, and most attract our customers from all over the world.
