Our vertically integrated business is closely managed with our focus on quality in every step-partners include a high quality Skal certified spinning mill, a Skal certified weaving mill, and knitting and dyeing facilities that manufacture for the world's largest sportswear / footwear brand.
Our organic cotton products are made only with highest quality, fully-combed, Skal certified ring spun yarns and Skal certified woven fabrics.
All organic cotton orders are shipped with a transaction certificate issued by Skal with the Union Asia name on it and descriptions and quantities of certified organic materials that can be traced by each customer to their orders.
This gives our customers guaranteed traceability directly to the certified processing stage--an important distinction that few of our competitors can match.
Many other "organic" garment suppliers can only show certificates for cotton fiber purchased by a distant and unrelated supplier. In this case you must work on trust alone since there is no guarantee that the organic supply was not comprimised or blended. Union Asia can document organic certification directly to the last processing stage of our raw materials purchases.
We use only environmentally sound dyestuffs and never any metals, pvcs or dioxins in our dye processing.
One of our sewing factories is oeko-tex 100 certified and both are ISO 9001 certified. Both comply with all local and national labor laws and are audited by major international brands who are our customers. Our customers include some of the most well-known names in sportswear and fashion. Our total capacity is 6, 500, 000 pieces per month.
