We are an investment holding company and through our subsidiaries and associated companies, we are involved in property development and distribution of a wide variety of products including electrical appliances and specialty cutting, sewing and finishing equipment for garment industry.

1948 Our company was established on 1st February at 220 Beach Road, Singapore.
1954 Obtained sole agency for Sanyo dynamo lighting set.
1955 Purchased our 4-storey office building at 211 Victoria Street, Singapore.
1965 Our business expanded to include garment manufacturing equipments to support Singapore industrialization program to increase employment.
1966 Sanyo Industries (S) Pte Ltd was established with Sanyo Japan.
1984 Moved to new office at Level 3 Bylands Building, 135 Middle Road, Singapore.
1990 Built Putian Feng Huang Shan People Park.
1998 Moved our office cum warehouse to 1 Toh Tuck Link, Singapore.
Co-operated with Zhong Hua Enterprise to build Gangtai Square at 700 Yan An East Road.
1999 Set up Naomoto Asia Trading Co Pte Ltd with Naomoto Japan in Singapore and Hong Kong.
