Founded in 1997, Hangzhou Yongsheng Group Co., Ltd. has eight subsidiary companies, including Hangzhou Yongsheng Textile Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Xiaoshan Yongsheng Foreign Trade Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Huvis-Yongsheng Dyeing & Finishing Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yongsheng Haeil Differential Fabric Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Huvis Yongsheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Shaoxing Chengzhongle Textile Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Zhongcheng Garment Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Shining-Tech Co., Ltd. We also have set up offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai City. Our business scope covers import and export of chemical fibers, weaving, dyeing and finishing of textile products, tailoring of garment, research and development of digital technology, capital investment and operation. Our chemical fabrics and spandex coated yarns are ISO9001 certified. Our wide business range ensures that we have capabilities to control quality and develop new products in almost every aspect of the textile Industry. We have engaged in textile products import and export for nearly 9 years, and our customers are mainly from Europe, North America and the Middle East. Our company also has wide and efficient domestic textile products sales network. Wide business network provides us with plenty and efficient information to direct our business orientation. By the end of fiscal 2005, we have more than 1,000 staff members, and the registered capital is USD8 million. Within our business, the total sales value is USD100 million, while the total exported amount is more than USD50 million, which take 50% of the turnover.
