We have 10 years of OEM/ODM experience serving major brands and wholesalers in Europe and the US. They come to us because our volume production pushes costs down. And with a monthly capacity of 2 million valves, we have more volume than most. For more precise inner dimensions, we have invested $1 million in multi-axis drilling and machining systems from Taiwan. This machinery helps us to produce each valve in eight seconds flat.
Certifications for International Markets
We carry CE, WRAS and DVGW certifications as well as UL and CSA marks for the US and Europe. And we are awaiting new UPC, ACS and EN331 certifications. All of our goods undergo inspections at four separate stages of production. And our ARL metal analyzer from Switzerland ensures the right composition for durable valves.
Facilities and Equipment on A Large Scale
We have 26 forging machines and 28 digitally controlled machines at our 250,000-square-meter, ISO 9001:2000-certified factory to helps us operate on a large scale. We also have a laboratory currently under construction, being built according to international standards and compliant with ISO 17025:2005 guidelines.
